Battle of the fat men
I haven’t been able to force myself to go on a diet for two weeks now. Either McDuck beckons with a cheeseburger, or you buy a Coke out of habit – but how can you not drink it, once you bought it?. Is there a lack of motivation or some kind of goal?.
In short, there is a proposal for those who have similar problems: organize a six-month sports competition. Post photos of your saggy bodies (what you currently have) and update the gallery once a month to track your progress. Whoever has the best physique and the most impressive progress, respectively, wins. To heighten the interest, of course, you have to put money on the line – one and a half to two thousand per snout.

At 16 years old I weighed 103 kg with a height of 178 cm. I just quit gymnastics classes at the age of 7 and ate what I wanted and as much as I wanted, growing both in length and breadth. During the summer holidays, I firmly decided to lose weight and… I lost weight. Over the summer I lost 28 kg and now weigh 75. What’s the secret? Every day I went to the pool for 2 hours and worked out there. And, accordingly, I didn’t eat anything high in calories. My main diet consisted of: buckwheat, chicken breast, porridge (except semolina and rice), lean beef, mixed vegetables (sold frozen in stores), all vegetables, all fruits and berries (except grapes and bananas). Of course, no sweets or fast food. Previously, I, too, was tempted to eat something tasty, but after the next weigh-in I wanted to lose weight so much that it was as if I had reprogrammed my brain. I looked at forbidden foods not as something I couldn’t eat, but as something inedible, something that was not included in the human diet at all. By the way, it’s easier not to allow yourself to eat something at all than to think like “one gingerbread a day is okay”. After such thoughts, one gingerbread turns into “one in the morning and one in the evening”, etc.d. In about a month you will get used to this food and will not feel the desire to eat something forbidden. And when you finish losing weight, you don’t need to suddenly load up on all the food. The transition must also be smooth, otherwise you will quickly gain back all the kilos. And believe me, losing weight is worth it. After I lost weight, I became more open, cheerful, even more emotional. Blood pressure and pulse decreased, shortness of breath disappeared. I felt confident in myself and started taking care of myself. It’s not for nothing that they say that in a healthy body there is a healthy mind. If you need motivation, just write down the results of your weigh-ins and take a photo of your belly in the mirror. Personally, I did everything without any such motivation. The main thing is to set yourself a goal and go towards it, firmly decide to lose weight and not let all the grandmothers with pies and friends with McDucks interfere with you. Good luck.
Bro, where do I even say https://bookmakersnotongamstop.co.uk/review/aztec-paradise/ a word about mass?? You are projecting onto me some of your things that I don’t understand. And, again, I’ve already lost weight before, went to the gym while I was studying at a technical degree, read books – I know what to do. And I created a topic to find a like-minded person who is ready to compete a little for the sake of interest. What are you all teaching me??)
75-78 is enough for me, I don’t need more. About eight years ago, at a weight of 75, I looked quite decent, now, perhaps, I need a little more.
A good method, especially in terms of going to bed and getting up at the same time, I have problems with this, but now I basically can’t run and I’ll never be able to do pull-ups. I also agree with the diet, but not eating for two hours after training is doubtful. I’m going to eat split meals – eat 5-6 times a day, so it won’t work.
No, that’s not what I’m talking about, I have experience losing weight, but if necessary, I can avoid eating at all. I just don’t want to lose too much muscle mass. My plans are to first lose weight (and improve my stamina, breathing, and heart) in the first couple of months, and then either go to the gym or buy additional large weight plates for the barbell and work out at home. Well, t.e. Losing weight in itself is not such a big problem, I would like to have a really beautiful, resilient, strong body. Well, plus I want to make a sleeve on my left arm, it needs to look good.
We do too. There is a golden bird – but there are up to a thousand to eat there, some of the hamburgers turn out to be too major, so I usually buy mayonnaise with ketchup, as well as cutlets with buns. a little fuss – and here you have hamburgers ^_^ And the toad doesn’t press!
