Well, since in the survey over 120 people agreed to participate in the championship (but if you look at it soberly, then there are 50 people), it’s time to open registration.

The championship will be held if there are at least 10 teams.

Registration will be open until Friday. On Friday the tournament grid will be drawn up and the race times will be set. We will set the race time approximately, and most likely, we will simply set a race day for certain pairs, so that on this day the participants can agree on a time and play the race. That is, for example, 10 pairs of teams (the number will depend on those registered) will have to play each other on this day. In extreme cases, it will be possible to reschedule for another day, but not later.

The championship will be held on weekends and weekdays, weekdays only in the evening, since we understand that there is personal life, study, work. To do this, we will create a system of “arrange the time yourself”.

To create a virtual network, we still chose GameRanger, since the connection has always been a problem, GameRanger turned out to be very convenient in this regard.

General rules of the championship

The championship is team. Each team must have 2-3 participants (1 reserve, optional), a captain must be chosen and the team must have a name.
The championship will be held according to the system double elimination (grid of winners and grid of losers).

Races will be held on random tracks in sprint and circuit modes. The routes will be selected randomly for each race by the organizers.

Purpose of results

There will be only 1 heat for competing teams. Don’t forget that there is a losers’ bracket, and if you lose the first time, you will have another chance. 4 people take part in the race, 2 from each team.

The result of the race will depend on the points. The first one to reach the finish line is awarded 3 points, therefore the team is awarded 3 points in this race. Second – 2 points, third – 1 point, fourth – 0. Therefore, if the score is equal (3-3) (in the event that a person from one team comes first, and 2 and 3 come from the other team, respectively), a captain’s race will be held for the winning 1 point. The winning captain gets a point and his team wins 4-3.

In the winners bracket, the winning team moves on, the losing team goes to the losers bracket. In the losers’ bracket, the winning team moves on in the tournament bracket, the losers are eliminated from the tournament. All teams will begin their journey through the championship from the winners’ bracket.

Car requirements

Throughout the championship, the use of unique upgrades is allowed. The use of any car is allowed except Honda Civic, Acura RSX, Vauxhall Corsa, Pegout 106 (no comments).

In the championship it is prohibited to use any cheat programs, trainers, etc. We all play for fun, not for prizes, and a huge request not to spoil the experience.

Downloading the installation. Let’s launch. Register, ignore the invite code, wait for confirmation of the letter in the mail. (TO MAIL SERVICE.RU the letter does not arrive, so the mailbox should be on gmail, yahoo or etc.n.). We confirm registration, go directly to the main interface of GameRanger. What do we see? A bunch of created servers for different games. To make it more convenient for us, in the window where to display All games, select My games. This is so that your eyes don’t dazzle too much.

Having agreed in advance, someone creates a room in GameRanger based on NFS Underground 2. You can set a password. When everyone has joined (4 people to participate), the host must start the game and create a server. The program is smart, when the host starts creating a server, it starts the game for the rest of the room participants. Let’s connect and play.

You see the interface in front of you. Above is the list of channels where you are a member. You don’t need them. Next, by selecting “list of channels” (on the left, 3rd button, it’s not difficult to figure it out), a window appeared with lists of public channels. Click “enter hidden channel” and enter NFSU2 SG. If you did everything correctly, you will appear in the NFSU2 SG channel. Click on this channel, if the topic there is “you came to the right place”, then you are where you should be.
